What I build

In the order I love building them. Everything fast, light and simple to use, because that's what people come back to.

  • 01

    Telegram bots

My home turf. Lightweight bots that stay fast when a post goes viral and thousands of people hit start at once. I've built them for creators for years.

  • 02

    Backends and APIs

The quiet part that makes everything work: APIs, background jobs, payments and data, designed to be fast and pleasant to build on.

  • 03

    Telegram Mini Apps

Full apps inside Telegram. Your users are already signed in, and digital goods can be paid for with Telegram. A great fit for small businesses.

  • 04

    Web apps and SaaS

Sites, dashboards and SaaS products with a premium feel, from the landing page to the admin panel.

Desktop and mobile apps too, when they're the right tool for the job.

Selected work

Everything I build, grouped by the kind of work. Jump to your part.

Telegram bots

My home turf: bots built to survive the day a post goes viral.

  • PowerTeleBot: a screenshot
    Live

    PowerTeleBot

Creators describe the bot they want in plain words, and it's built, hosted and looked after for them: contests, photo presets, a store, a paid channel, a giveaway wheel and more.

Go, TimescaleDB, Redis, a React Mini App

Video music: "Idempotence" by Social Bot 73XT (jamendo.com/track/1465890), CC BY 3.0.

  • 200K → 1.7M
    followers on his Telegram channel

Bots for a UAE tech creator

Years of work with a UAE tech creator (2M followers): viral Telegram bots that grew his channel from 200K to 1.7M, his CMS site, and VPS management.

    Python, asyncio, Redis, Go, Linux

  • Your Telegram bot works… until 100,000 users hit it

Your Telegram bot works… until 100,000 users hit it

A 17-minute talk on the five walls a bot hits as it grows, and how to get past each one.

Client work

One client, the whole stack: their site, the system they run on, and now an app for their youngest students.

  • Enlil Academy: a screenshot
    Live

    Enlil Academy

The English/Arabic website and the admin a language academy in Diwaniya runs on: courses, classes, students, attendance and instalments, plus a phone app tutors take attendance with.

    SvelteKit, Cloudflare Workers, D1

    Nisa

    iPhone · Android

    In progress

Their paid English app for Arabic-speaking kids aged 4 to 6: voice-first, no reading needed, switched on with a code from the same admin.

Products

My own products, live and free to try.

  • qrlink.my: a screenshot
    Live

    qrlink.my

Dynamic QR codes, short links and link-in-bio pages. Print a code once, then change where it goes whenever you like. Free to use; paid plans are on the way.

    SvelteKit, Cloudflare Workers, D1

Video music: "Inspiring Corporate" by Soundrider/Dope (jamendo.com/track/1670484), CC BY 3.0.

  • tryprofile: a screenshot
    Live

    tryprofile

Try a new profile photo, banner, name and bio on X, Instagram and LinkedIn before you change the real one, on a phone, tablet or desktop. Your pictures stay in your browser.

Apps

Small desktop and phone apps that do one job, on your own device.

  • Transcribe: a screenshot

    Transcribe

    Mac · Windows · Linux · Android

    Open source

Pick a video or audio file and get a transcript in any language, made on your own computer or phone. Play along, fix the text, and save it as .txt or .srt.

    Tauri, Svelte, whisper.cpp

  • Sweep: a screenshot

    Sweep

    Mac (Apple silicon)

    Closed source

A Mac app that shows what's filling your disk, then lets you swipe through a folder, file by file or a whole pile at once. AI rates what looks safe to delete; you make the call.

    Tauri, Svelte, Rust

  • mp3fy

    Mac · Windows · Linux · Android

    Open source

Paste a video link and get an audio file (mp3, m4a, flac and more), saved on your own device.

    Tauri, Svelte, yt-dlp

  • Notavid

    Mac · Windows · Linux

    Open source

A YouTube video with a notes editor under it. The video pauses while you type and picks up when you stop, and notes are plain markdown files.

    Tauri, Svelte, Milkdown

Developer tools

Open-source tools I made for my own work, free for yours.

  • MoreThanUI: a screenshot
    On npm v1.12

    MoreThanUI

UI components with no dependencies and no build step: plain HTML, CSS variables and light-DOM web components. Made for Tauri apps and Telegram Mini Apps.

    HTML, CSS, Web Components

  • qtldr: a screenshot
    Open source

    qtldr

See a Go codebase as a map you can drill into, from packages down to functions, each box coloured by how risky it is to change. Comes with a CLI and an MCP server for AI agents.

    Go, an embedded web UI

  • ideacheck

    Open source

Check an idea from the terminal: a judge model answers typed questions, code combines the answers, and you get build, explore, park or kill, plus what's still unknown.

    Go

  • Click to Source

    Open source

Alt+click any element on your React or Svelte dev server to open its source at the exact line in Zed or Neovim.

    Browser extension, Node.js

  • The Arena

    Open source

A pixel-art arena to watch runs of the open-source /arena skill for Claude Code, live or as a replay, as copies of Claude argue it out.

    Python, JavaScript

  • srcmap

    Open source

Indexes your dependencies' source and docs on your machine, and serves them to AI coding agents over MCP.

    Go, SQLite, MCP

Building now

Real and working, not released yet.

  • Hadeedi

    Android first, then iPhone

    In progress

A lifting log for the gym: log a set in one tap, see the number to beat, and get a plan drafted on the phone itself. Works offline, in Arabic and English.

    React Native, on-device AI

  • Seven

    In progress

A writing app with two pages: you write on the left, and an AI judge scores the draft on the right against a rubric for its kind of writing. It never rewrites for you.

    JavaScript, Cloudflare Workers, Jev

  • Memorize

    iPhone first

    In progress

Turn anything you want to learn into cards, and a model on your phone writes the questions. Fully offline, with spaced repetition.

    Tauri, Svelte, Rust, llama.cpp

  • Disly

    In progress

A gallery of design systems written as DESIGN.md files, each one rendered live as a full site.

    SvelteKit

  • Sembla

    In progress

One app for language schools: the public site, the admin dashboard and the student portal, in English and Arabic.

    SvelteKit, Cloudflare Workers

  • Sparkjudge

    iPhone

    In progress

ideacheck on the iPhone: say your idea out loud, and get a rating and a verdict, checked on the phone itself.

    Swift, Go

How we'd work together

  1. 1

    Send me a voice note

Tell me the idea in your own words. I prefer voice notes to calls: we can both replay them, and nothing gets lost.

  2. 2

    Demo, research and a plan

I ask my questions, then come back with a demo, a short research paper and a plan with time and cost.

  3. 3

    Weekly demos

You see real progress every week, not a big reveal at the end.

  4. 4

    Launch, and I stick around

Free fixes and support after launch: hosting, setup, and showing your team how to use it.

Software that does more good than harm

A lot of software takes more from people than it gives back. I want to build the other kind, the kind that actually helps, so I'm picky about what I take on.

I also share what I learn, on YouTube and here, so more people can build software that's fast, clean and good for the people using it.

Keep it stupid simple. And with great power comes great responsibility.
